Construction has started at A.C. Reynolds High School and Middle School to enhance safety and security. This includes installing a guard shack and gates at Rocket Drive and constructing a new sidewalk from the high school to the pedestrian crossing on U.S. 74-A. Rocket Drive will be temporarily closed during construction, but alternate routes are available for access. The project is set to be finished by mid-August to ready for the new school year, providing a more secure environment for students, staff, and visitors.
