Law enforcement officers conducting active enforcement in the neighborhood of West Asheville made the arrest early Wednesday morning.
The accused is identified as Antonio Donte Lynch, a 35-year-old male with a prior record of serious offenses constituting felonies. Lynch was found carrying several illegal substances and a concealed firearm at around 1:45 a.m.
