As Hayden Plemmons, the executive director of Asheville Downtown Association, explained, “VIP tickets allow early access to the festival, enabling the holder to beat the crowd and also includes food and beverages in the VIP area.” The general admission time is set for 2-6 p.m., while VIP ticket holders could enter the festival premises as early as 1 p.m.
