Asheville Police Department Operation Targets Quality-of-Life Concerns, Results in 23 Charges

The Asheville Police Department conducted a special operation targeting quality-of-life concerns in response to community complaints, resulting in 23 individuals being charged for various offenses. The operation involved officers from different divisions working outside their regular shifts. A total of 10 arrests were made, with 31 charges filed including one felony charge.
