Asheville police are searching for the suspects responsible for shooting a man in the arm Wednesday afternoon near Biltmore Park. A spokesperson for the Asheville Police Department (APD) tells officers responded to an area right outside Biltmore Park on Wednesday for a reported gunshot wound.
Details are limited at the moment, but police say investigators discovered that two men walked into a wooded area near the Energy Mart/McDonald’s and shot a man in the arm. The victim was transported to Mission Hospital for treatment.
Police are currently searching for two white men. A spokesperson for the department said more details about the suspect descriptions would be forthcoming.
