Hope 4 YOU Summer Bash Event
Reynolds Baptist Church and Reach Life Church in Asheville jointly organized the Hope 4 YOU Summer Bash on Saturday, June 1. The event was filled with entertainment and food for all ages, featuring attractions like a bouncy house, slide, and firetrucks.
Fundraiser for Transformation Village
The event served as a fundraiser to benefit Asheville Buncombe Community Christian Ministry’s (ABCCM) Transformation Village, which offers up to 100 beds of transitional housing to homeless women, mothers with children, and veterans. This initiative aims to provide support and a stable living environment for those in need.
Support for Single Mothers
Reach Life Church Pastor James Naisang highlighted the importance of raising awareness for single mothers and their children residing at Transformation Village. The event encouraged attendees to donate full-sized hygiene products to assist these families and make a positive impact on their lives.
Community Blessing
Additionally, the organizers expressed their desire to bless the community through the Summer Bash event. By coming together and contributing towards a common cause, the community showed its solidarity and commitment to lending a helping hand where needed.
