After a brief closure, Tanger Asheville is ready to welcome back the community with open arms, kicking things off with their annual Boo Bash on Saturday, October 27. Mark your calendars because this festive event promises to be a delightful day filled with family-friendly activities!
Halloween Festivities Await!
From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., families can come together for a day of fun and celebration. One of the highlights of the Boo Bash will be a center-wide trick-or-treating adventure with participating retailers from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. It’s a perfect opportunity for kids to don their spookiest costumes, although dressing up isn’t required. The event aims to—wait for it—“connect the community and raise spirits during this challenging time.” Sounds heartwarming, right?
Supporting the Community Through Tough Times
In addition to the spooky fun, Tanger Asheville is standing strong with the community by supporting hurricane relief efforts. A portion of the parking lot has been set aside as a staging area for frontline workers working tirelessly to assist with recovery. In an impressive gesture, Tanger has even donated a delivery drone to the Asheville Police Department. This drone will help bring aid to “remote residents and business owners cut off from communication and supplies, now and in the future.” Talk about community spirit!

The Boo Bash will feature a full line-up of heartwarming Halloween fun. Guests can enjoy music from DJs, climb on inflatables, and be entertained by strolling magic acts, face painters, and even stilt walkers! That’s not all; there’s a chance to engage in the “Pick a Pumpkin” game for the chance to win exciting prizes, including gift cards to your favorite Tanger retailers, toys, and plenty of candy.
Kids will also love meeting princesses and superheroes at the event, creating perfect photo opportunities to capture those precious moments!
