Regular Monthly Meeting of the Buncombe County Tourism Development Authority
Asheville, NC – The Buncombe County Tourism Development Authority will hold its regular monthly joint board meeting on Wednesday, June 26, from 9 to 11 a.m. The meeting will take place at The Explore Asheville Board Room, situated on the first floor at 27 College Place, Suite 200 in Asheville, North Carolina 28801. For those unable to attend in person, the meeting will be streamed live via Zoom webinar. Registration to attend virtually can be completed here.
Agenda and Public Comments
The agenda for the meeting can be found on AshevilleCVB.com. Additional board meeting documents will be posted shortly before or after the meeting. The Buncombe County Tourism Development Authority welcomes comments from the general public, both in person and virtually through Zoom. Individuals will have up to 3 minutes to speak and are required to adhere to the Processes & Protocols for Public Comments & Rules of Decorum.
Members of the public attending the meeting in person can sign up upon arrival to indicate their interest in making public comments. When the time comes during the meeting, the board chair will invite those who have signed up to share their comments. For those registered to attend virtually and wish to make comments, they can call in using the Zoom webinar platform. To participate in this manner, individuals must sign up via email by 12 noon on Tuesday, June 25.
