Police: Hot Tub Stolen from Fletcher Found at Asheville Home, 2 Suspects Sought

Fletcher police are on the lookout for two suspects after a stolen hot tub worth $9,000 was discovered at a home in Asheville. The incident took place behind Aqua Living Factory Outlet along Brian Boulevard.

Details of the Theft

The hot tub was reported missing on February 18, prompting an investigation by Fletcher authorities. The stolen tub was later located on February 21 in the front yard of a residence owned by Douglas Gaylon Applebee on Morris Street in Asheville.

Suspects Identified

Douglas Gaylon Applebee and Bryan Seth Letterman have been implicated in the theft and are facing charges of felony larceny and conspiring to commit felony larceny. Additionally, a warrant has been issued for Jennifer West, also for conspiring to commit felony larceny. While Letterman has been apprehended, Applebee and West remain at large.
