Asheville: New Prestige Subaru Dealership Coming to Bear Creek Road and Brevard Road
At the corner of Bear Creek Road and Brevard Road in Asheville, a new development is underway that will soon be the home of the new Prestige Subaru dealership. A viewer of News 13 was curious about the project on the property where Bob Ingle’s house used to be located.
Development of the New Dealership
The pile of dirt currently occupying the site will soon transform into the new location for Prestige Subaru. The dealership acquired the land a few years ago with the goal of relocating their operations to a larger and more advanced facility.
Improved Services and Amenities
General Manager of Prestige Subaru, Scott Rossi, expressed that the business has been thriving, necessitating a larger space with enhanced capabilities to cater to the growing number of Subaru drivers in Asheville. The new dealership will offer improved technology for their service technicians, allowing for better and more efficient vehicle diagnostics for customers. Additionally, the new facility will feature a range of amenities, such as a dog park, outside pavilion, observation deck, café, and more, all aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.
Timeline for Completion
The plan is to have the new Prestige Subaru dealership up and running by the beginning of 2025. While they are not currently seeking new employees, there is potential for expansion once they transition into the new facility.
